Wild Coffee is an Ecuadorian coffee produced by BruhwerCoffee and exclusively distributed by Harvest of Ecuador in The Nordics.
Our FairTrade coffee is produced, harvested and processed in Ecuador.
We have three processing farms: the first one is located at 1,900 - 2,000 meters above sea level in Loja, Quilanga. The other two are located at 1,700 meters and the other at 1,300 meters above sea level in the Zamora Chinchipe region. This diversity of locations is why we can produce different types of coffee with different organoleptic characteristics and variable notes.
Notes on Each Type of Beans:
Amazonian Blend (1300m above sea level): A mid-dark roast, loaded with chocolate & chestnut flavor while balanced with a taste of citric.
Jalchi Blend (1700m above sea level): A perfect combination of smoky, smooth body nutty chocolate & fruity notes speak to the palette for a well round taste
Quilanga (2000m above sea level): A perfect combination of chocolate, red berries, lime, lemon & grapefruit notes
